Ontra’s ethics and compliance helpline is operated by an independent third-party service and provides an anonymous channel to report potential unethical, illegal, or suspicious behavior stemming from possible non-compliance with federal, state, or local laws or regulations, Ontra policies or procedures, or errors or irregularities in Ontra’s financial or accounting practices.

Ontra’s helpline should not be used to report emergency situations or crimes in progress. The helpline is intended to supplement normal lines of communication already available. For questions or concerns that do not require an anonymous reporting channel, you are encouraged to first report those through regular lines of communication.
