Seda Yalçınkaya is an experienced general counsel with deep sector exposure in technology and financial services. She is currently General Counsel for Europe and Asia at Apollo Global Management, based in London.
Troy is the Founder and CEO of Ontra, where he has led the company from inception to becoming the market-leading provider of contract automation and intelligence to the private markets - with over 350 employees, offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, and investors such as Blackstone and Battery Ventures.
Aaron is Oakley Capital’s Group Chief Operating Officer having moved in 2020 from private practice law. Aaron is responsible for the group’s operations in particular Legal and Regulatory, Compliance, Risk, Fund Operations and Tax with a particular focus on fundraising working closely with the investor relations and deal teams.
Rebecca Neuschatz Zelenka advises clients on all aspects of fund formation and the ongoing operations of funds and their managers. Rebecca’s practice maintains a particular focus on the structuring and offering of private equity funds and other alternative investments.
Sam is a Principal in Antin’s legal team. He has been with Antin since joining from Weil, Gotshal’s Private Equity team in 2018. At Antin, he works closely with the investment and tax teams and external counsel on all aspects of transaction evaluation and execution, portfolio company management and management incentive plans.
Bridget is a Senior Managing Director at Ontra. Prior to Ontra, Bridget practiced corporate and capital markets law at Kirkland & Ellis and Cravath. Bridget holds a J.D. from Georgetown and a B.A. from Yale. In her spare time, Bridget enjoys cooking, arts and crafts, and country walks with her dog.

Prior to joining Apollo, from 2011 until 2019, Ms. Yalçınkaya was the EMEA General Counsel at Silver Lake. Prior to that, Ms. Yalçınkaya was at Citigroup, where she acted as a Director and Deputy General Counsel at Citi Capital Advisors, based in London, focusing on emerging markets private equity investments, and the Deputy Head of M&A Legal for Citigroup, in which role she advised Citi’s senior management on proprietary M&A transactions spanning the finance sector. Ms. Yalçınkaya started her legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, focusing on M&A, private equity and leveraged finance transactions. Ms. Yalçınkaya holds an A.B. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, and is qualified to practice law in New York and in England and Wales.

Prior to Ontra, Troy worked in private equity investing at H.I.G. Capital, where he made majority buyout investments in middle-market companies in financial technology and logistics. Earlier, he worked in management consulting at Monitor Deloitte, where he focused on M&A due diligence and integration. Troy holds a B.A. from New York University.

He started his career in the private funds team at SJ Berwin where he qualified as a solicitor and went on to work at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, advising the Oakley Capital group along with a number of blue chip private equity firms on fundraising and fund-advisory work.
Aaron holds a History degree from King’s College London and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
Rebecca Neuschatz Zelenka advises clients on all aspects of fund formation and the ongoing operations of funds and their managers. Rebecca’s practice maintains a particular focus on the structuring and offering of private equity funds and other alternative investments. Clients seek her representation in connection with a range of funds, such as private equity/buyout, credit (including direct lending, mezzanine, and others), real estate, special situations, infrastructure, regional-focused, life sciences, funds of funds (primary, secondary, and industry-focused), employee, and others.
Clients also turn to Rebecca on fund and manager-related matters such as employee incentive arrangements, stake investments, spin-out transactions, fund restructurings and reorganizations, GP-led secondaries, placement agent arrangements, and regulatory matters.
Rebecca is often asked to speak on asset management industry topics and is a repeat panelist on PLI's annual “Advanced Issues in Private Funds” program. She has served on several of our internal committees, including the Nominating Committee, New Partner Committee, Special Counsel Committee, and Women's Forum Planning Committee.
Rebecca is recognized as an "Up and Coming" lawyer by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business in Private Equity: Fund Formation, and by Legal 500 as a "Leading Lawyer" in Investment Fund Formation and Management: Private Equity Funds. Included in Private Funds Management’s “30 Under 40” list, Rebecca is noted for being a leading lawyer in several private equity areas including buyout, real estate, infrastructure, credit, and employee funds.
Rebecca received her JD in 2004 from the University of Chicago Law School, and a BS in economics and a BS in environmental engineering in 2001 from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Rebecca is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York as well as before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
