AI Implementation Essentials for Private Markets

Jon Adams is an experienced technology lawyer focused on AI and data protection-related compliance, with a background in D.C. and in Silicon Valley/SF. He helps business and engineering leaders work through some of the most complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance challenges, product development puzzles, and data security threats. Jon helped write the ABA’s books on privacy/security in M&A and in the legal practice, and has spoken at conferences and on panels across North America, Europe, and Africa on topics relating to data protection and privacy compliance. Jon holds a J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and an A.B. from William & Mary.

Sherwyn Williams, CISSP, CCSP is the Head of Information Technology and Cybersecurity at Siris Capital Group, LLC. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in systems security, risk assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation, having worked with organizations of all sizes and across various sectors, including finance, education, and non-profit. He graduated cum laude from New York City College of Technology with a B.Sc. in Technology.

Charlotte is Ontra’s VP of Product. She is responsible for leading our Atlas, Ontra Synapse AI, and Common Services product teams. Charlotte was previously VP of Product at AppFolio where she established the Platform and Common Services teams and was the product lead for the Property Manager Plus product including the expansion of the product line to serve upmarket firms. Charlotte holds an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and a B.S. in Biomechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
