Jonathan founded Lionpoint to deliver market-leading technology and operations solutions to firms in the private markets industry. Jonathan spearheads many of Lionpoint's technology vendor partnerships, ensuring the business is at the forefront when it comes to innovative and streamlined solutions for client challenges. In his role, he oversees the delivery of transformational operations projects for global asset managers, including the successful implementation of technology solutions to improve data management, workflow, controls and transparency. Prior to Lionpoint, Jonathan's experience included working within the private equity, debt and real estate sectors. Jonathan holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, and a BBA from The George Washington University School of Business.
Matt is the General Manager of Atlas, Ontra's newest SaaS solution, designed to automate manual tasks related to managing legal entities and entity structures. Prior to joining Ontra in 2022, Matt worked in various Corporate Strategy and Product Strategy roles at Thomson Reuters. His past experience also includes roles in strategic consulting and investments. Matt holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Prior to beginning his corporate career, Matt was a professional classical trombone player and still enjoys attending symphony concerts and music of all kinds.
