Nat is our Chief Product Officer. Nat is responsible for driving our Legal Operating System product strategy, including our Contract Automation, Insight, and Ontra Atlas product suite.
Matt is the General Manager of Ontra Atlas, Ontra's newest SaaS solution, designed to automate manual tasks related to managing legal entities and entity structures.
Caitlin is our Senior Director of Industry Strategy. She oversees marketing content strategy and serves as a subject matter expert for the product team.
Sara is our Vice President of the Legal Network and serves as executive sponsor to the Ontra Womxn’s Network (one of our employee resource groups). She ensures that the hundreds of independent law firms using our software products are thriving and are enabled to deliver exceptional legal service to our customers. Prior to Ontra, Sara managed attorney recruiting and professional development at Paul Hastings. Sara holds an M.A. in Organizational Communication & Development from Emerson College and a B.A. from California State University, Fullerton. Based in San Francisco, Sara enjoys scuba diving, hiking, and taking her dogs to the beach.
Nat is our Chief Product Officer. Nat is responsible for driving our Legal Operating System product strategy, including our Contract Automation, Insight, and Ontra Atlas product suite. In addition, he manages our Strategy and Legal Network teams while overseeing Ontra Synapse, our private markets AI technology. Prior to joining Ontra, Nat spent 14 years at AppFolio, where he led the product organization and served as General Manager and Division CEO of the Investment Management business unit. In these capacities, he was instrumental in growing revenue from $0 to $550M, expanding AppFolio’s customer base to over 20,000 firms, and taking the company public. Nat sits on the board of directors for the UCSB Alumni Association and is a Forbes Business Council member. Nat holds an M.B.A. from Arizona State University and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Based in Santa Barbara, Nat enjoys skiing and stand-up paddle boarding with his wife and three children.
Matt is the General Manager of Ontra Atlas, Ontra's newest SaaS solution, designed to automate manual tasks related to managing legal entities and entity structures. Prior to joining Ontra in 2022, Matt worked in various Corporate Strategy and Product Strategy roles at Thomson Reuters. His past experience also includes roles in strategic consulting and investments. Matt holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Prior to beginning his corporate career, Matt was a professional classical trombone player and still enjoys attending symphony concerts and music of all kinds.
Caitlin is our Senior Director of Industry Strategy. She oversees marketing content strategy and serves as a subject matter expert for the product team. Prior to Ontra, Caitlin practiced law in-house at Varagon Capital Partners and Oak Hill Capital Partners. Caitlin holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, a J.D. from Boston University, and a B.A. from William & Mary. Based in Williamsburg, VA, Caitlin enjoys traveling, hiking, and drinking coffee.
