Dr. Megan Ma is a Research Fellow and Assistant Director of the Stanford Program in Law, Science, and Technology and the Stanford Center for Legal Informatics (CodeX). She is also an Associate Legal Futurist at Filevine.
Nat is the Chief Product Officer at Ontra, responsible for leading the strategic direction of Ontra’s Legal Operating System, focusing on expanding Ontra’s breadth of products while also overseeing Ontra Synapse, our private markets AI technology.

Prior to joining Ontra, Nat spent fourteen years at AppFolio, where he led the product organization and served as General Manager and Division CEO of the Investment Management business unit. In these capacities, he was instrumental in growing revenue from $0 to $550M, expanding AppFolio’s customer base to over 20,000 firms, and taking the company public. Nat sits on the board of directors for the UCSB Alumni Association and is a Forbes Business Council member. He received his B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his M.B.A. from Arizona State University. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing and stand-up paddle boarding with his wife and three children.
