List of Ontra Authorized Sub-Processors

In connection with Ontra’s provision of the Services, and in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum (this “DPA”) that forms a part of the Agreement entered into between the Customer and Ontra, Ontra may share Personal Data with certain Sub-Processors to allow Ontra and those Sub-Processors to provide the Services to Customer. This page provides important information about the identity, purpose of processing and location of each Sub-Processor engaged by Ontra in connection with the Services, each of which shall be deemed an “Authorized Sub-Processor” for the purposes of the DPA. Capitalized Terms used herein, but not otherwise defined will have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Agreement between Customer and Ontra.
