  Your data is never shared with other customers and is not used to train third-party LLMs. Third-party models do not change based on interactions with Ontra.
• Will third-party LLMs keep my data and documents that you share with them?

  Third-party LLMs do not keep your data or documents. Ontra’s enterprise agreements with AI model providers require zero data retention. Any data provided to third-party LLMs is processed solely to deliver services and deleted afterwards to protect sensitive information.
